Your support is important to our work at Adopt a Family South Hills. There are many ways you can contribute towards our cause, and every little bit that you commit goes a long way in helping us fulfill our mission. Adopt a Family
Fulfill a Wish List

If you or your group/organization/business choose to adopt an entire family, you would be given a little bit of information about the family, each member, age, gender, and their wish list towards the end of November. The sponsors do not get the identity of the family they are shopping for. I would still like to stress the importance of it being anonymous. These families are from our community and the children attend our schools.
You would then purchase items from the wish list, wrap them, and bring them to the drop off location to be gifted to your family in need.
Families primarily range from 2 to 6 members.
Make a Donation
Making Spirits Bright
Our organization always appreciates the generosity and involvement of people like you, with every contribution going towards making Adopt a Family South Hills have an even greater outreach. Donations are solely used for the betterment of the organization either through direct gift giving, delivery of goods, storage space, or exposure in the community.
All monetary donations will be toward the purchase of gifts for a family in need, to offset the cost of gifts for larger families, gift cards for restaurants or grocery stores, or delivery of gifts.
Provide a Gift Card
Fill every table and every heart
We also ask for generous sponsors who are willing to donate gift cards or gift certificates to families in need. Donating a gift card for a grocery store can help families offset the cost of holiday meals or simply put food on the table and alleviate one stress in a time of hardship. We try to provide at least one grocery store gift card to every family adopted.Â
Aside from grocery stores, we want to promote family connection. This should be a time of togetherness and joy. Gift cards to family restaurants, activities, and entertainment centers are a great way to ensure family time.  An example would be movie gift cards, bounce or jump centers, museums, etc.
